Tej is the reason I am creating this review. She is empathetic and completely solved all my issues. Tej has time to listen and understand customer concerns then resolves them effectively. I left the branch feeling good and it is 100% because of Tej.
This place is very close to my work and very convenient. I thought I should open up a basic personal bank account with them. So I went there and that was the biggest mistake. The lady who was at the front she has no idea what’s the customer service is and she was absolutely rude and she didn’t want my business. My wife and I were sold not just on the quality of service, but the detail of the service. Lola IS AN ASSET to ConnectFirst. Got a business account. Asked for statements cause I’m doing taxes and government needs them. They won’t provide they have to wait over a month to provide. DO NOT IPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. They don’t care that the government needs now and not later. All other banks provide statements right away. Head Office! If you’re reading this, you lost a customer for not providing paperwork.
