I have a business account here, and I will be moving it out as soon as I find a suitable place to move it to. I have made several attempts to make changes to my account to be told they won't work with me. They're unable to do anything outside of the box. At first, I wanted to support local it's disappointing that the box banks have more flexibility. I will probably look for online only as self-service is what you will get here, and I might as well not pay service fees
EDIT: The ATM provides you with an envelope for a deposit. Would have been nice if there was a sign saying so. No envelopes for deposits during after hours

Kind & friendly staff. Opened an account here with the help of Manpreet N. She answered all of my questions and explained everything to me clearly. The process was simple and quick unlike some other banks. Overall great experience.
Peter, Krysten and the ConnectFirst team have been professional, knowledgeable and quick in resolving first our Mother's estate and then stepping in to resolve a problem with our Dad's estate. Our Dad did not have an account with ConnectFirst, but they were happy to help with a matter that took Peter 30 minutes, opposed to his bank, which had been working on it for almost a year. Awesome people
