This branch is a joke. Who only opens their ATM during regular branch hours? It's 2025, surely there must be another solution. You can literally never get a hold of these kooks on the phone either and their manners are horrific-accounts frozen for fraud and while trying to figure things out, the person takes that opportunity to try to sell me a credit card. I posted a 5 star review prior to ConnectFirst merger with Servus. Things have changed. Recently we discovered a CRA payment that we were assured was paid May 8th on behalf of our mothers estate was not completed by the Estate Deparment. Not only did this slow down the closure of her estate, it resulted in additional interest and the executors were never notified. We contacted the branch in early September to have the amended invoice from CRA paid and request a receipt from their Estate department. It took several phone call... read more
i used to love connect first credit union but since they have change everything in the last 5 years the service is horrible. I have two RESPs set up for my two children and recently they didnt take out the biweekly payment ( this has been set up for years now) I called three different times and was bounced around because nobody knew what to do. I finally was told that due to inactivity (i moved my personal banking to TD) on my personal account that all of my accounts were closed.. including my RESPs! It has now been a week s... read more
What happened to being able to access the ATM by using your bank card?? Today is Sunday and I need cash! Changing banks...
It’s quite frustrating driving to the bank and then you lock up the bank machine room and only make it accessible during your hours? What’s the point of a bank machine? Make it only accessible by card if you’re having problems with the homeless sleeping in there. Bums don’t have money, or bank cards. Get your act together.
