If you want a credit union that forces ads down your throat every time you log into the mobile app, search no more! This is the credit union for you!
Service seems to be getting worse all the time. Communication is almost non-existent and weeks can go by with no replies to emails with staff assigned your file. Likely understaffed or perhaps staffed with people that don’t care to provide a decent and acceptable level of service. Shame on management to lead a team like this.

What a terrible Credit Union(Bank??) I sadly run my business finances through them and they’ve bounced for $5000 worth of NSF fees for balances under $40 when there’s plenty of money in the joint account. It’s an absolute joke, might as well just pay the extra 9$/month that TD charges rather than deal with these guys. Can’t imagine people going through a rough time and these guys bouncing everything. Crooks
