Very untrustworthy institution. Stay away and deal only with Canada's big banks..
This bank has horrible; hours, locations, service. They limit use of ABMs unless you drive out of your way to one location. They lock your account constantly. You get stranded without money or things bounce marked as fraud when it's not. They are not accessible in anyway. If your thinking of banking here don't need clients probably want a bigger better bank anyways. All that's left are people who've started banking here over ten years ago and guys Its time to switch if ur already looking at these reviews.
Locking the atm for use only during business hours is now standard practice apparently.
Worst Bank in all of Canada; they refuse to issue debit cards and have forced their customers into only using visa debit cards. Which is illegal. Their customer service has steadily decreased since the merge, and it was worst thing for them to do, they will continue to lose business until they cannot function. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
