This branch has really gone down hill. 2 tellers and one doesn't understand time management. The lady before me had waited 1 hour in line, me 45 min. 4 people between me and her left. I have been dealing herefor 40 + years and I may all move my business to the Royal Bank
Very untrustworthy institution. Stay away and deal only with Canada's big banks..
This bank has horrible; hours, locations, service. They limit use of ABMs unless you drive out of your way to one location. They lock your account constantly. You get stranded without money or things bounce marked as fraud when it's not. They are not accessible in anyway. If your thinking of banking here don't need clients probably want a bigger better bank anyways. All that's left are people who've started banking here over ten years ago and guys Its time to switch if ur already looking at these reviews.
Locking the atm for use only during business hours is now standard practice apparently.
