It is moving and so I went and closed out my safety deposit box. Now the question is do I go to Crowfoot or Creekside.
The staff was helpful and knew the business and its structure of how the credit union came to be. Helped me to get the information to the right place, but I still awaiting a call or email back in regards to the status of the account.
I am shocked at all the one star reviews for this bank. I have been a customer at this bank for over 10 years and the service has always been exceptional. The tellers know me by name and often ask about my family when I visit. Very personalized service and my personal account has zero fees. Cheques deposited have NO hold because they know me. I would rather park my money with a local bank then with a large faceless corporation any day!
Very negative experience! Assistant Manager makes sure that everyone will desperately search for a way, to run as far away as possible, from this Bank. Run as fast as you can! Save your life savings from being robbed!@everyone
