I am shocked at all the one star reviews for this bank. I have been a customer at this bank for over 10 years and the service has always been exceptional. The tellers know me by name and often ask about my family when I visit. Very personalized service and my personal account has zero fees. Cheques deposited have NO hold because they know me. I would rather park my money with a local bank then with a large faceless corporation any day!
Very negative experience! Assistant Manager makes sure that everyone will desperately search for a way, to run as far away as possible, from this Bank. Run as fast as you can! Save your life savings from being robbed!@everyone

Connect - nope. First -nope. Try calling. A 10 min wait. Try the local branch it flips you to the central line and a 10 min wait. You get fantastic advertising where they assure you that it is easy, personal and with you in mind. My experience is low customer service. Low staffing levels and nothing about this bank is with the customer in mind. Merging with Servus didn’t help. The service from here is about the same as WestJet. I think they use the same teleprompter annoying and completely irritating.
Avoid this company at all costs!! They are scams! After you deposit your cheque from the insurance company, they hold your money for 10 days. When you finally go to access your funds, they charge you a $9 fee for the draft! This was the worst banking service I have ever experienced. Additionally, Reena, who works there, is the most unhelpful person I've encountered, and their promises mean nothing!
