I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to this branch. My experience with the teller was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I went in to deposit a cheque, and instead of properly checking my account for previous deposits from the same company, the teller simply stated that she couldn’t find it. Absolutely disgusted and frustrated with their dismal and useless customer service. I have called multiple times about a fraud case on my account and activating my visa debit card online and have not received any help with either issue in over a month.....not the contact centre employees fault, they are the only people I can ever talk with even though both issues have been escalated multiple times with no resolution. Absolutely love this location from the rest of them in Calgary. The tellers are amazing and know exactly what you want
Have setup multiple phone call appointments only to never receive a call back. When you call in, they tell you they have to rebook you and dont call you again. Extremely unproffesional credit union. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
