They called me to ask me to update my file over the phone. I refuse to give them information over the phone and told them that I will come to the branch. They threatened me they will close my account if I don't surrender personal information. Horrible service in this branch. You can get a better service elsewhere for the same monthly fee for checking account. Run away from this branch as far as you can.
Terrible service in this branch. Looks like they are all about BLM movement. I'll switch my account to the different branch even if I have to drive further away.
