I think you need to go here to believe it, but i thought i walked in the wrong door and appeared in the staff break room. This isn't a bank per-se, I'm not sure what it is. There are some booths and some hot-desks for people to work at. There's some coffee machines. Nothing is labelled, you have no idea what you are even supposed to do when you arrive. Had to get a brand new debit card and instead of Now using a 4-Digit pin I have to use a 7 digit PIN why is that now
I have banked at credit unions my whole life and this particular branch (Oakridge plaza Calgary Alberta) is missing the human interaction it is supposed to be built on. If this branch and anyone else like them expect to keep good people, they need to reform the system to be more human interaction over computer/online based. Way too long of a wait time for many people. I encourage you to redesign the bank to meet the people or you're at risk of damaging the good reputation of credit union.

The branch in Oakfield sucks. Sitting here in the branch. 1 teller, 7 people waiting. No privacy anymore. Nobody is in a rush in the place...ever!!! Hate banking here
