Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, impatient, and unwilling to properly help or explain things. What bothered me the most was feeling judged and treated differently because English is not my first language. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected because of a language barrier. This branch seriously needs to improve its customer service and the way they treat people
After 25 years as a customer, what a disaster this Credit Union has become. I am not even sure if I belong to Connect First, Servus, or First Calgary? Recently, I went to the Okotoks branch to deposit a check and there were two people in the entire bank. I was told they were short staffed and she could only give me a receipt for the check not do the deposit. She said I could use the automated teller.
