After 25 years as a customer, what a disaster this Credit Union has become. I am not even sure if I belong to Connect First, Servus, or First Calgary? Recently, I went to the Okotoks branch to deposit a check and there were two people in the entire bank. I was told they were short staffed and she could only give me a receipt for the check not do the deposit. She said I could use the automated teller. Worst service
Been banking with first Calgary/connect first/servus for 25+ years now. The service continues to go downhill but the attitude and general complete lack of customer service has hit an abysmal low. Walked in today to a teller who was aggressive and rude from the first moment, then instead of processing my request promptly asked me to stand to the side to wait for my fx transaction while she worked on getting caught up and served other customers. Ally Morrison (financial advisor) really helped me a lot with understanding banking processes for GIC and TFSA, the Home Buyers Repayment Plan. Often I find banking and investment overwhelming. She did wonderfully with meeting me where I am at and helping me to best manage my current finances. Someone please get buy her a coffee! :)
