They're so bad I'm switching to a bank with monthly fees.
It’s rare to see a business so truly dedicated to making their experience worse and worse each year. In the past you may think a credit union is an alternative to big banks and sure they may have an app that works so rarely you’re never sure if you can do anything, or they fail to deposit paycheques without any notice, but hey it was free and it was ours. I would like to thank CC, Parwana, and Aisha with the superb job that they do everytime I walk in to the branch they don’t fail to greet clients and always very prompt with their service. I couldn’t emphasize how important it is to have good frontline workers like them in the branch. They make clients feel that they are being taken care of everytime.
