Heard great things about credit unions as opposed to the ‘big banks’. Stay with the bank, or try a different credit union. This branch can’t keep staff, the staff they do have make errors on your account (which was discovered thankfully by another member of staff that quit shortly thereafter, can’t keep good staff clearly), emails aren’t answered, just not a great experience. A bank that doesn't except cash for a loan payment? Not impressed with the change in policy. Staff is good.
Great place to do my banking. The tellers are very professional and friendly. I have never had a negative visit. Keep it up.
The manager over here doesn’t know how to talk to someone and behaves like he own the bank but he works for people he needs to understand that. He is carrying the attitude like he is the minister of Okotoks, stupid guy very bad customer service.
