Servus is not the same as Connect Credit Union, now no one answers the phone, and even leaving a call back number they don’t call back. I just noticed that all the branches now have the same phone number, think it’s time to change bank after 10 years of good service.
Best bank I have ever delt with Best people so very pleasant they always treat you like a real person. I could go on but I'm positive everyone in Langdon agrees, extremely very nice staff
Not sure if it is a Branch level issue, or something bigger. But I have never been offered a solid reason for their Debit system constantly going down. Once in July, six times between September 2019 to January 2020, two of those times coming less than 3 days of one another have left me stuck in the city trying to get gas, or embarrassed to hand back my purchases in a store because of the "DECLINED" message.
