Had a friend of mine get scammed via an Apple Pay scam where the scammer represented themselves from this bank. Bank did nothing to return her money to her and closed her file. She requested the bank manager phone her about it and they never did. Hard working single mother trusted this bank to only have them do nothing about being scammed from her account!! Put your money somewhere else that actually supports and protects people putting their hard earned money in.
It was disappointing not being able to deposit a cheque into my Servus Credit Union account and directed to use an ATM, despite visiting the branch and speaking with a teller. I hope this process can be improved for in-branch customers.
I’m just upset with the hours. Most people work a 9-5, it’s not possible to expect people to take time off work to go deal with their bank. I can’t believe you can’t even spare some hours on the weekend. I will be switching banks, as for a company that’s supposed to be customer centered, you make business awfully inconvenient. Other banks in town open on Saturdays, why doesn’t this one?
