Working with Sue at our Branch has been such a blessing. Last year we made a complex change and purchase changing the mortgages on our properties. Typical crappy bank. And the worst part is they don't even work bank hours.It's bad enough.They're only open Monday to Friday.But they close at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.Imagine actually having to have a job
I was working with a financial advisor for trying to get mortgage approval to purchase my friends property. Throughout the process I thought everything was going good, however, I was getting no updates whether it was looking good or bad. The last time I heard from the advisor, they asked me to get the property appraised to move in with the approval. I paid $400 for the appraisal. This bank and the people working there are amazing. Always so friendly and helpful. I haven't lived in town for a long time but I still bank there and will continue to do so. Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't believe this is the first review for this business!!
