I don't know what caused the outage and I tried to be patient, now I am totally fed up. The internet is down again as I am writing this review. Customer service is very slow, takes ages for responses. Also, the customer portal is still down as we speak, it has been 11 days since the outage. I cannot even cancel my service due to that. There's no mention of compensation for any of this. One agent did mention that we are getting free upgrade to a 250Mbps about 5 days ago, but you guessed it, it never happened.
