I moved in January will be two years. I thought Kathy & Todd was a good team, however I must say that Alysia,Dave & Kee is super. They work so hard the majority of the residents are happy. I feel that most of the issues here belong to corporate. Most of the residents if interviewed would say that Alysia, Dave & Kee is not the problem here. The majority of the residents are happy. Since being a resident, there have been 3 location managers. The 2 elevators rotate working, no hot water for extended times, no water currently. Large dogs are allowed, in conflict with lease. Dave the maintenance man is fabulous.

My husband and I moved in October 2025. Alesia was the manager when we moved in and was very helpful. Unfortunately she got frustrated by lack of support from corporate and quit. We were without a manager on site for 3 months. Thankfully our activity director Kee and maintenance man Dave stepped up and worked very hard to help the residents as much as they could. They are top notch! During that time a new management company took over and we got a new manager, Yadi. She has had a lot to catch up on and over the weekend water ... read more
