There are better options. Upper management cannot find anyone that can stay or will stay for more than a year. Continual turnover. The residents are great; they are seniors and mind their own business. This place will not be a seniors facility overtime, simply because the place cannot retain good, quality and attentative personnel. People do not want to work here and no one wants to say what their REAL ISSUES ARE!

Huge pot holes. No activity coordinator. Door entry system is outdated/hardly works - they should all be a FOB scan entry. Rent is high.
