It’s a clean place, but there’s one major complaint. We have elderly parents living here. When it snows, the manager tells them they have to move their car so the parking lot can be plowed. This means they have to drive the car in the cold to the Ocean State Job Lot parking lot and walk back home. The plowing sometimes takes up to four hours (or more), then the elderly parent must walk back to Job Lot to retrieve their car. This is terribly inconvenient. Sandy was wonderful! She spent time showing us the community and the amenities it provides. We were not rushed at all. The facility is great and very well maintained. After touring Connect 55+ in Concord, NH and placing our name on the list, Sandy the property manager kept us informed of where we were on the list and in July of this year, 2025, we moved in. Sandy has been amazing at keeping us as residents informed and is always present on the property for questions or just to be with the community.
