My wife and I have been residents at Connect55+Concord since Oct 1921. I have previously During this time we have enjoyed every minute of living here. Since Sandy Quint has assumed the manager position here. I am impressed with her skills of communicating and achieving many improvements here. Connect 55 was wonderful! The Property Manager, Sandy, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She showed me a variety of options on property. The library is so clean and welcoming. It was one of my favorite parts. Payton and Doug were also very welcoming. I hope I can get my parents off the waitlist soon!
My husband and I have lived at Connect 55+ for many years. It is an amazing place to live and the biggest benefit is having Sandy, Doug and Payton in charge of making every aspect of daily life at Connect 55+ comfortable, safe and enjoyable. Sandy handles every issue so efficiently and professionally and is extremely responsive to residents needs and requests. We love living here. Sandy, the office manager, knows everyone and is always a pleasure to deal with. Doug, maintenance, is super responsive and very approachable. Payton is a ray of sunshine that adds joy, activity, and recreation to our lives. All 3 help to form a strong community.
Very pleased with Sandy who was very helpful in showing me around the community and providing me with sufficient information that gave me a very positive feeling . She took time in showing me the alternative apartments and other shared facilities available . She gave me all relevant cost information . I have requested that I am added to current wait list.
