When I first moved to Connect 55+ four years ago, we had Rick, Payton and Doug. Rick was not a nice person and they finally got rid of him. They hired Sandy to replace him. So we had Sandy, Payton and Doug, what a great team!! They worked well together and had the good of Connect 55+ in common. Now Sandy and Payton are gone, and I pray we don’t lose Doug. The powers that be do not treat their people very well. It’s not the same place anymore.

It’s a clean place, but there’s one major complaint. We have elderly parents living here. When it snows, the manager tells them they have to move their car so the parking lot can be plowed. This means they have to drive the car in the cold to the Ocean State Job Lot parking lot and walk back home. The plowing sometimes takes up to four hours (or more), then the elderly parent must walk back to Job Lot to retrieve their car. This is terribly inconvenient. Sandy was wonderful! She spent time showing us the community and the amenities it provides. We were not rushed at all. The facility is great and very well maintained. Within a day she sent us a follow-up email which was a nice surprise. She is certainly an asset to your company. Dolly and Lee Edwards
