I've lived here for a couple years now. And just now going to more activities because the new coordinator has added more fun things for are day to day. The manager and maintenance man do a great job of getting things in need to be fixed, fixed in a timely manner and done the right way the first time. Also the community areas and hallways are always clean and smell clean. I can say so many great things about the management team.
I moved my Mom here in August and my family and I are so happy with our decision. The apt is lovely and she is comfortable. Her favorite Activities are Music Bingo and cheese & chat. I toured other Senior Apts and this one has by far the best location, cleanliness, and Activities. It's a good value compared to the ones you have to "buy in" to. She loves having her own apt.
Great place to live if you are looking for a forever retirement community!
Connect 55+ Ankeny is a wonderful place for Seniors to come live and make friends for life.
I’ve lived here 4 yrs, the staff of Karrie the mgr and Lynn the Activity coordinator are amazing!
