RecommendedI have lived here for 4 1/2 years. My apartment is large 1 bedroom. But feels nice and cozy. All the activities are fun. Everybody is so nice. Kailey and Matt are so nice. Zack is helpful with any problem you may have.

Not even close to affordable housing!
RecommendedTed and I are excited to be moving into this community. Kayleigh and Matt have been very helpful and have made us feel welcome. RecommendedThe Grand Estates is a wonderful place to live. The residents are great. The apartments are large and quiet. The location is perfect because everything is close. The activities are many and varied—something for everyone. You can lead a quiet life here or be as busy as you like. I’ve lived here over two years and believe right now is the best it’s ever been. Great manager and activities director. No more leaves to rake or snow to blow! I’m a happy camper!
RecommendedMy friend lives here and it is absolutely a blast at the community. I come weekly for card games and I have no doubt that I will be there when I am ready to sell my house.
I visited awhile back & the office lady seemed disinterested, had to hurry to go get her child. She gave me a brief tour, never took my name or contact information. The hallways were dark and painted a dingy color making it worse. I commented on a couple of things...lack of....and she said when I get around to it. Very poor. They need a new, interested and accommadating staff.

RecommendedNice roomy apartments. I am near places to dine and to shop, seems like country but yet near so many interesting places to visit. I enjoy activities Ryland provides and places that we have visited. All the people here are friendly and helpful.
