One of the worst removers I have had an experience of working with. They overcharged us like anything after being 4 hours late to duty. Please do not get your house moved by these people, pure scammers

I had contacted Connect Market to change my electricity retailer and they did a great job. I'm on the cheapest plan and cannot thank Ken enough. He arranged a call back from Joe who helped me sign up with the retailer. It was a very smooth process. I highly reccomend it.

My energy bills had gone through the roof so I contacted Connect Market to find a cheaper energy company. I spoke with Rachael who was absolutely lovely and helped me understand why my bills have gone up by $200. I then spoke to Joe who organised the whole thing for me so I didn’t have to worry. I had my son look at the deal and he said it was better than his plan too. I just got my first bill from Energy Australia and it was almost half the price of what my old company charged. The person I spoke to was helpful with information and providing a good rate comparison. However, I asked if they could send me an email so I could look over the recommendation in writing. He said no, and when I said I wasn't comfortable handing out my ID documents over the phone without reviewing a quote in writing, very rudely told me I wasted his time for the last 20 minutes...I don't think I was being unreasonable and he certainly didn't tell me they don't have email functionality until I asked as a final step before ... read more
