I had contacted Connect Market to change my electricity retailer and they did a great job. I'm on the cheapest plan and cannot thank Ken enough. He arranged a call back from Joe who helped me sign up with the retailer. It was a very smooth process. I highly reccomend it.

The person I spoke to was helpful with information and providing a good rate comparison. However, I asked if they could send me an email so I could look over the recommendation in writing. He said no, and when I said I wasn't comfortable handing out my ID documents over the phone without reviewing a quote in writing, very rudely told me I wasted his time for the last 20 minutes...I don't think I was being unreasonable and he certainly didn't tell me they don't have email functionality until I asked as a final step before ... read more

My energy bills had gone through the roof so I contacted Connect Market to find a cheaper energy company. I spoke with Rachael who was absolutely lovely and helped me understand why my bills have gone up by $200. I then spoke to Joe who organised the whole thing for me so I didn’t have to worry. Before moving houses I put my details into the connect market website to make sure I was getting myself into the best energy contract. I was promptly contacted by a lovely man called Ken, he initially walked me through everything and I was then transferred to another lovely man called Joe who finalised my connection and cleared up any other questions that arose!! They were kind, patient and best of all saved me money!!!!!!!!
