One of your drivers felt the need to park in a handicap spot today. When it was brought to their attention, they couldn’t care less. Integrity is doing what’s right even when you think no one is looking. Great example for the kids. Do better!!

I’m sure they are a great company however maybe consider placing gps monitoring systems on your vehicles. Today I witnessed one of your drivers drive through a red light intentionally, on their phones while driving and going well over the speed limits on some of the busiest roads in Waterbury. They were driving a black Hyundai. I personally would not feel safe letting my children use this service. I tried calling but voicemail is full.
Great and friendly service that they give to kids for transportation. Definitely recommend
