Spent 6 weeks in there post stroke. Auxiliary staff brilliant.. The only time I saw nursing staff was when I raised a complaint; Toilet didn’t work the whole time I was there.,atrocious food. .Place totally inadequate for stroke recovery. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy there.Needs shutting down.

I can’t rate the staff in the garden side of connect house enough !! They have been brilliant with my grandma & still are being ! Myself and Mum go up daily to visit her and it’s like home from home. The care they put into her and the rest of the residents and I can tell you it’s a bloody hard job when you sit back and see all they have to do. I’ve seen the staff meet the individual needs of all residents and we couldn’t be happier with the care they give our grammar. Management team are lovely and interact with the relative... read more

I cannot rate this care home highly enough. Mum was initially put into Garden Suite for assessment during Covid and her treatment was excellent. The staff were brilliant. She was eventually moved onto Heritage Suite permanently and we cannot fault her care in any way whatsoever. Staff were always attentive, you can visit any time, I used to ring Mum a lot as I don’t live in Nottinghamshire and there was never any problem speaking to her.
