Fantastic experience with Daniel and Sarah! Daniel really took the time to understand my hearing loss and had such an honest, informative chat with me about the options that might suit me best. I felt truly listened to and supported throughout the whole process. Both Daniel and Sarah were so caring, approachable, and easy to talk to — they made what could have been a daunting experience feel really comfortable. Highly recommend this lovely clinic to anyone needing help with their hearing!

Got there early and was taken in for wax removal within 10 minutes of arrival. Quick and friendly staff and good pricing for the suction wax removal! thankyou again :)
Went there for wax removal. As I was late, Daniel worked on my ear for extra 15 minutes to clear the wax out. Happy with the service provided.
