Very friendly staff
The audioligist I visited, was not very good and generally, didn't have the communication skills to really get to know her client. They would be happy, if you were a "yes" person and made it easy for you to serve them. As if there's no real affection, and care, for a disability like deafness. In my experience, there were irrelevant questions, and not enough of the real questions to get to understand, on a case to case basis, the frustration of someone's deafness and how the hearing aids could be tailored to make life as easy... read more
