Ramon was most helpful and gave exceptional service. He served my mom, who is 75 years old and had been in denial of her 'profound' hearing loss. He spent a lot of time with her, forgoing his lunch hour to adjust her aids, test and then fine tune everything until she was happy. He downloaded the App for her and explained how to use it. My mom's English is not great, but he was patient and very caring.
