Very nice staff and the doctor was so understanding and it was a very pleasant experience.
Staff and audiologist Penny were very professional. I had my very first hearing test and everything explained to me as we went along in testing. It was done in a timely matter and my experience was excellent. Thankyou!! Highly recommend this clinic.
My mother-in-law was in need of hearing help. Penne and Jessica were amazing! There were several appointments just to get MiL’s ears ready to pursue hearing aides. Penne and Jessica took their time and taught us all how to use the hearing aides, and when they worked, they worked very well. Unfortunately, in the end, my MiL was not able to learn the process due to her advanced age and beginnings of dementia.
