Received a letter, dated 29 Nov 2019, from Connect Hearing stating the office in Grand Forks, BC will close on December 20, 2019. No explanation of why, just that the Nelson office (which is 137.8km away) would be excited to welcome us. Also as a sorry - they would like to offer $2000.00 off a pair of Select level hearing aids exclusive to their Grand Forks clients.
