Close to home, convenient appointment times. Lovely place…warm welcome The technical professional, Tatiana, was very nice, explaining everything required of me very carefully and succinctly. The exam was thorough and the results were given immediately and an explanation was given to me about me results, Lovely staff in the front office too.

I took the day off work to take my mom for a hearing test that was booked 2wks ago, only to arrive and be told that there was no appointment for her. No apology or accomodations were made. Terrible!
Many visits to correct battery problems. Finally working. Hope this lasts. Staff very friendly and helpful.
