Very helpful people
I have had nothing but issues with connect hearing. Customer service is very bad. I have even been in touch with a regional manager and her service is also bad. She can’t be bother to reply to a reply email. As a senior I feel taken advantage of from the beginning. We rely on their expert service and knowledge of the product. It is a customer service issue I have with staff that should be trained to adjust minor issue (plastic ear piece sticking out). I paid over $5000.00 to be told to go home and use the steam from a tea ke... read more
