Awesome service! If you have any issues like speaker not working or need supplies, this place takes 100 percent care of everything. It's been almost 4 years for me and I give 10 stars!!!
Courtney was very thorough in doing our tests and very forthcoming with questions we had. Very honest in her answers and very informative as well as very friendly. Kay was very friendly as well. Both know how to treat their customers. We would definitely go back and recommend them highly to our friends and family.
I was experiencing tinnitus symptoms for several months. I went to Connect Hearing in Brantford for a hearing examination and to learn more of my tinnitus issue. Courtney did a battery of tests which was well over 45 minutes. These tests were thorough and precise. Courtney was very professional and knowledgeable in this field, and went beyond to what I had expected. She provided a complete diagnosis of my examination and my options on how to deal with tinnitus. Thank you Courtney.
