Their phonak products are not good, constant issues with sound quality. I had a different kind before and I regret going here. Even though its supposed to have the greatest features, you can get something better and for much less. So, I do not recommend this buisness, giving 3-stars because of friendly service.

They knew their stuff and they explained to me in such a way that I could understand what was happening with my hearing.
