My interactions with three of your optometrists (Scott, Ellie, Lan) have been excellent. The process of getting my aids right has taken time, but we are there at last. Coincidentally, I compared my new Phonaks with comparable aids from my previous optometrist -- and chose the Phonaks.
I had a very disappointing experience at Connect Hearing Kerrisdale. I went in simply to have my hearing aids reset, as they have not been working properly since I purchased them. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from what I expected. The staff member who assisted me was unprofessional and, at times, borderline rude. Three years ago, I dealt with this company, and the women whom i dealt with was amazing, helpful, and did everything to get me the best deal. I was able to go through my blue cross coverage. Fast forward three years later, the staff at that location are rude and very unfriendly, will only communicate through email, don't do direct billing, and you feel like you are bothering them, along with empty promises. The while experience was delightful. It was a great experience being in the sound booth. I was treated like an actual person and not a number. Any hearing problem... I highly recommend them!
