Three years ago, I dealt with this company, and the women whom i dealt with was amazing, helpful, and did everything to get me the best deal. I was able to go through my blue cross coverage. Fast forward three years later, the staff at that location are rude and very unfriendly, will only communicate through email, don't do direct billing, and you feel like you are bothering them, along with empty promises.
