I was traveling and forgot my hearing aid charger. I popped in to see if they might have any suggestions. Karen not only offered to charge them for me, she found me a donated replacement charger. I actually use a different audiology company in my home city but her exemplary service will make me reconsider. Thank you Karen!

Friendly and professional staff. The audiologist was very professional and kind. She took the time to explain the results and options.
Recently, I had a small problem with my new set of hearing aids. Unfortunately, that particular incident is not identified in the users manual. I went to Connect Hearing for assistance. The problem was quickly found. The solution was to reboot the aids using the volume down button before returning them to the charger. It was a pleasant visit, as usual. Although I do not visit often, it was nice for the young lady receptionist to remember my first name. Nice touch. Thanks for the help.
