Amazing experience I really didn’t want hearing aids until I came to Connect Hearing. The staff were amazing and very helpful made me comfortable. Didn’t realize what I was missing until I got my hearing aids and you can’t even see them. Thank you for giving my hearing back and not having everyone repeat. They thank you too.
It was a very positive experience. It was emotional for me to confirm my significant hearing loss and navigate the process of wearing hearing aids. I was traveling and forgot my hearing aid charger. I popped in to see if they might have any suggestions. Karen not only offered to charge them for me, she found me a donated replacement charger. I actually use a different audiology company in my home city but her exemplary service will make me reconsider. Thank you Karen!
