Jill Kemp was very helpful in supporting my decision to purchase new hearing aids. She assisted with an extended demo and helped negotiate the return of a Roger mic I had purchased but found of no benefit. This was much appreciated as the Roger represents a significant expense. All in all an excellent experience.
Jill is very accomplished with her knowledge and understanding. Did every thing correct. The hearing aids have a couple of issues, and returned 2, but now seems to be OKL. Technology isn't always the best
Great products, but more importantly, absolutely the best service you could hope for. Staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Dawn & I deal with Andrea who is exceptional but all the staff we’ve encountered have been excellent. Needless to say, from our experience if you have hearing aids or are in need of hearing aids you should have Connect Hearing Mission Centre as your hearing aid professionals.
Amazing experience I really didn’t want hearing aids until I came to Connect Hearing. The staff were amazing and very helpful made me comfortable. Didn’t realize what I was missing until I got my hearing aids and you can’t even see them. Thank you for giving my hearing back and not having everyone repeat. They thank you too.
It was a very positive experience. It was emotional for me to confirm my significant hearing loss and navigate the process of wearing hearing aids. I am overwhelmed and grateful for the impact they have had on my daily life. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jill who was so patient and caring, and celebrated my success!
