The staff here are great. The only tech that can keep my aids working properly and I follow her from office to office as needed when I have to get new aids or have the current ones checked. Great service for sure

Amazing staff and experience. I felt very comfortable by everyone from Kassandra at the front to Shannin working with me in the back. Shannin's care, knowledge and expertise were on point. Very professional. It helped make a heavy situation with my sudden hearing loss a lot lighter. You will be in good hands if you are able to go see them in Ladysmith
