My mother needed hearings aids, so we went to Connect Hearing, which was recommended to us by an acquaintance. Customer service rep, Susan, is very professional and helpful (though frazzled; she could use a helper), and audiologist, Negar, is top-notch at precisely assessing the extent of hearing loss and recommending the correct hearing aids.
I took my 90 year old father to get new hearing aids. He has dementia, and I assumed that his old hearing aids weren't really the problem in his inability to carry a conversation; I asdumed it was merely his declining cognition. However, with the new AI-integrated hearing aids we purchased, and with the incredible services of audiologist Negar Shirzad, I was amazed that I could carry a normal conversation with my dad again. Its around 18 months that i ve been in contact with all personal over there , dr mahta set up my hearing aid at first during this time went to them back and always treated me with patience and smile , susan in set up appointments and dr negar as well the best team you can find and how they are companion in this road with u. They are amazing.
