DO NOT COME HERE!!!! this place is terrible! They give you an appointment, then they cancel and schedule another appointment just to not be open. We had an appointment at 1PM. got here at 1245, no one was here. Called their 800 number and they said there is no reason why they should be closed. It is now 2PM and still closed. There are now 3 people out here waiting with appointments and they are still closed. One guy said every time he comes it’s always closed. So Do yourself a favor and go ELSEWHERE!!! Elizabeth has been responsive and available to all my questions and issues immediately. I have sent her emails over the weekend, expecting a Monday morning response, to receiving a return email during her time off. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and has been able to provide answers to all my questions (and there have been many!). I highly recommend Elizabeth at Audio Nova for all you hearing needs.
