Suzanne at the 770 Btoadview Ave Ottawa location was very thorough with my testing, follow up information session,and fitting the hearing aid. I was given a trial set which really helped me decide on which model was best for me!
I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing team @ Connect hearing on Broadview in Ottawa. They were so very helpful in looking up my father's account to get replacement batteries even though he is visiting from out of province! Thanks so much for your wonderful, speedy, friendly, customer service.
I wanted a hearing test and got an appointment in August. That appointment had to be rescheduled to September 23, about a month later. Then yesterday I got an email saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled (again) and would I like to come in October 8 or 9? Obviously my visit isn't very important to them. I'll be going elsewhere.
