I wanted a hearing test and got an appointment in August. That appointment had to be rescheduled to September 23, about a month later. Then yesterday I got an email saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled (again) and would I like to come in October 8 or 9? Obviously my visit isn't very important to them. I'll be going elsewhere.
Good evening, I had a complimentary appointment this afternoon everyone was on schedule, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. I scheduled and attended a complimentary hearing test of both ears on September 14, 2022, at 770 Broadview Ave., location in Ottawa to determine sounds and volumes I could hear. My hearing test was done by Audiologist Danielle White. I found her to be an extremely caring, courteous and thorough professional who is passionate about the quality of work she performs.
