They have been very helpful and friendly when dealing with my dad's devices and dealing with the workplace compensation board to make sure he gets what he is entitled to.

The staff at this clinic were very friendly and professional. The clinician that did my assessment was very thorough and explained everything. She gave me honest feedback about my hearing. I would highly recommend Connect at Huron & Highbury to anyone with concerns about their hearing.
My senior mother went and was told she needed 2 hearing aids and that she failed the hearing test for her job. She went to another ear testing place and passed without difficulty. They were rude when asked to fill out the form for her work as well. Not trustworthy at all.
