Excellent service from Dani [audiologist] and Susan in Customer Service. Dani was very thorough in assessing my hearing issues, some quite severe and recommending a range of aids that would improve my hearing. She was very patient, answering a lot of questions, and our repeat trips for adjustments and training in maintenance on the aids was very much appreciated. Susan handled the paperwork for insurance and billing promptly and accurately. Highly recommended.
