I called today to get an appointment to have the tubing on my Dad’s hearing aid changed. I’m only in town this week to visit my elderly dad and just realized that his hearing aid needed some maintenance done. They didn’t have an opening, but squeezed him in! I’m grateful for their kindness in going over and above to help us out. It saved my brother from having to take my dad to one more appointment as most of those tasks fall to him. Had a marvelous experience through out the entire process. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making of which hearing aids to choose for my needs.
Dr. Raina Stromberg is an excellent audiologist, and all staff members at this clinic are lovely. This was my first time purchasing a hearing aid and Dr. Stromberg has been very helpful, supportive and patient in answering my many questions. This clinic deals hearing aids made by Phonak, which is the largest hearing aid company worldwide.
