I have an excellent experience that I recommended Connect Hearing to my relatives who need hearing aids. I’ve gone to two hearing aids providers but my experience wasn’t good and ended up not getting any device. But Tiffany of Connect Hearing was so knowledgeable and patient in explaining the results of my tests and the devices. The follow-up service is also top notch.
Tiffany is amazing! Loved having her as my Audiologist (albeit only for a short while). She was incredibly helpful with sending in my aids for repairs, getting a replacement, replacing tubing for my molds and more!
My dad & I both needed a bit of an assist with our hearing aids and our timing was off at two separate locations on Vancouver island so we thought we'd attempt a visit to Richmond location for Hearing Connect! And they assisted us so very well! Barbara's assistance was exemplary, she was super friendly and that's all we needed too!
