She is very thorough in addressing my concerns and walked me through the whole process of hearing test, the selection of the hearing aid that suits my needs, discuss my options and budget, to the eventual fitting and bi-weekly after care appointments during the 60 days trial period. My doctor referred me to Connect Hearing for concerns. Initial hearing test is free and no commitment to purchase a hearing aid. Judy (audiologist) attended to the varied auditory tests for an hour. During the test, she is precise with the instructions and procedure making the client at ease. She explained the result very clearly, also patiently answered my questions and provides treatment options. She also suggests the 'Hearing Care Plan' to give hearing comfort at an affordable price hearing aid. There are 3 monthly plan o... read more
