The best hearing instrument business with amazing service and staff. The receptionist is very welcoming and very nice with a big bright smile. And the new hearing instrument specialist is very kind, smart and extremely helpful and willing to always help and assist their customers.
Very accommodating, had some issues with aids.. helpful and patient.
I know someone who uses their services. They were informed that they would have to wait to get their hearing aids updated and make an appointment. The problem with this is they need them for their job and safety reason. And why would hearing aids need to be updated (as computer)every few months....this isn't the first time this happened, it just happened a month or so ago
