I'm so tired arriving at the store and they are closed before they are supposed to be closed. I arrived at 445pm and you're supposed to be open til 5pm. I can't come on my lunch hour because your closed. I left early from work to be at your store before 5pm. So frustrating that Connect Hearing does not cater to people that work 8 to 10 hrs a day and you're not open on weekends.
I would like to request that the manager/owner of this location please write back with an email address or phone number that we can connect at before I leave the details of my 1 star review. I will say this for now - the past few months have been horrible due to the negligence of this location.

I want to share the exceptional experience with Harneet and Arya, this morning, my wife was in extreme discomfort with her ear, they were both really kind in relieving her discomfort, and genuinely concerned, we cannot thank them enough for their help and kindness, we highly recommend this connect hearing establishment. thankyou so much, Dave and Chris
Friendly and experienced employees. Can now hear sounds i had not heard in many years!!!! Hearing aids are great with no problems after 2 months. Has changed my whole life in a great way.
