Your “Hearing care professional”, Heather Clinck, is probably the best representative of your company that I have had the pleasure of meeting. (Not that I have any negative encounters over the years with your employees.) She was extremely kind and patient with me while setting up my new rechargeable hearing aids. I'm so tired arriving at the store and they are closed before they are supposed to be closed. I arrived at 445pm and you're supposed to be open til 5pm. I can't come on my lunch hour because your closed. I left early from work to be at your store before 5pm. So frustrating that Connect Hearing does not cater to people that work 8 to 10 hrs a day and you're not open on weekends.
I would like to request that the manager/owner of this location please write back with an email address or phone number that we can connect at before I leave the details of my 1 star review. I will say this for now - the past few months have been horrible due to the negligence of this location.
