My mom was in tears after her experience at this clinic. She's still really upset and her appointment was over a week ago. The lady at the desk wouldn't even look at her while she "helped" her. The audiologist didn't believe one word my mom said. In the end, they didn't help her. They treated her like she was subhuman. I'm absolutely disgusted with her recollection of the experience.
