Jeremiah (or Jeremy) is excellent. Thorough and knowledgeable and very patient. I felt well cared for. I brought back a defective aid and he quickly diagnosed and fixed it. Thank you. I asked about a hearing aid ear itch solution. They were out but on a subsequent visit, he provided a sample bottle. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
