On the contrary, I got the best treatment and information from Juan Ding in a branch hearing instrument specialist on Lawrence and Don mills who fixed all the problems I had with smile & patience, I strongly recommend this branch for those who need hearing aid.

Called yesterday as my husband was having problems with one of his hearing aids. Got an appointment for the next day. Great service.
Very happy with Connect Hearing. I opted for the Phonak hearing aids and am most pleased with the results. I can now better participate in conversations and understand television dialogue. Zach and staff at Connect are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their follow-up service is excellent.
I shopped around and found the staff here to be knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a range of hearing aids but I went with Phonak, a Swiss made product . The results have been terrific and the follow up service could not be better.
