Great place for your hearing needs
My mother was experiencing increased hearing loss, but was hesitant to initiate investigation. She was quite nervous about the process. We finally booked an appointment and had the good fortune of seeing Marcy. She immediately felt at ease and was so comfortable with Marcy's calm and gentle manner. I have been working with Connect Hearing for over 15 years. They are totally professional with a customer service level that is unmatched anywhere. The staff are an exceptional support behind the counter. The audiologists are exemplary - efficient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. When you enter the office no one is texting, talking on their phones, or playing on their gadgets!! Customer is 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
