On my second pair of hearing aids from connect hearing now and I can honestly say they are great. Haley is a pro at getting you set up and making adjustments as you need them for those situations that are different to hear in.
I’m editing to bump up to 4 stars due to the excellence in staff which helped overcome the chain’s policies that caused barriers. This chain offers no way to email the branch directly. Only calling in, which is ironic and ableist for a hearing clinic. They also said they would have the hearing report to me in a day or two and went on vacation instead which possibly means they’re going to lose the sale due to insurance deadlines for paperwork.
Hands down best place to get your hearing aids or repairs done. The staff is SO incredibly helpful and kind. As someone that suffers from a lot of social anxiety due to hearing loss, Connect Hearing has absolutely changed my life. Thank you to the staff!
