I just bought my 4th pair of Phonak hearing aids over the past 20 years. The functionality has done nothing but improve but one thing that hasn’t changed is the superior customer experience. Carolyn’s friendly greeting always starts the day off well and Darren Roussel my Audiologist is a pleasure to work with in assessing your needs and preparing and explaining the ideal hearing aids for me.
