Mark and Isabelle and all staff are very professional, welcoming, competent, and patient. I never felt rushed when I went to my appointments. I bought two hearing aids here and was very happy with the CAA promotion I was eligible for. I had the expected adjustments made by Mark in a timely and friendly manner without incurring any additional costs. I've worn hearing aids for over 60 years now and have lived in many places. Working along side a dentist for 20 years had me concerned about my hearing. I booked an appointment after my 7 year old went for a visit to clean some stubborn ear wax and had a great experience. I had 3 tests which were thorough but quick and I was in and out in 14 minutes. The doctor was kind, personable, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I was super comfortable the entire time.
