I dealt with the receptionist a few times and she was very helpful and patient with me as I am new in town and didn’t know where they were. I found out it’s completely accessible for the disabled. The washroom is very clean and I thanked her for it. My appointment was with Liz. She was very professional, warm, and knowledgeable. I liked her Immediately, and appreciated her demeanor. I have had 3 sets of hearing aids from this company over the last several years. All employees are knowledgeable, patient, and quick to fix problems if they occur. Elizabeth has always available to respond to questions or concerns. Excellent service. Great product.

Elizabeth and Heather are knowledgeable , efficient , courteous , prompt, helpful , accommodating and overall both very pleasant people. Both my mother and i were happy with our experience. Return policy for any reason up to 2 months a definite reassuring factor when purchasing something that expensive. That helped me make my final decision. I changed my hearing aid to a different style without a problem.
